High Manganese Steel Grade

To ensure wear resistance, our concaves are manufactured using Hadfield steel, specifically grades like Mn13Cr2, Mn18Cr2, and Mn22Cr2. These cone crusher parts find extensive application in mining, construction, chemical processing, cement production, and metallurgy. Through specialized modification treatments and unique processing techniques, our concaves achieve a service life that is 10-15% longer compared to those produced with conventional materials.

We offer mantle and bowl liner in 13%, 18%, and 22% manganese grades, with chromium additions ranging from 2% to 3%. Please refer to the table below for our high manganese jaw plate properties.
